Story Points for Sub-task

If it is possible to display the Story Points field for the sub task through a plugin, as we can, for example, in the case of a story or a task

And if possible, which plugin would you recommend?

I think you can add story points to a sub-task much like any other field. Just ensure that the custom field context scopes sub-task issue types and is present on the screens for the sub-tasks.

It's just in general a bad practice, because estimating sub-tasks is.. well it takes some surgical precision prior to the sprint even starting. Either you estimate the stories, or sub-tasks, but you should generally not do estimates on both, since that's nonsensical - a story is shipped when it's done, it shouldn't magically get a +20 story points just because the last sub-task was done.
