Status in different languages in Customer Portal

Hi,

 

Our default language is set to German and our Customer Portal is showing everything in German as expected, except for the Status in the Issue View.

 

I have tried to go to Project Settings > Language Support but I do not have this option in the Project Settings menu.

 

Where else can I check the cause / resolve this matter please?

Hi @Anna Debono ,

Statuses, Issue Types, Resolutions, and Priorities have a custom translation option. If you navigate to your global configuration menu and view all of your statuses, you should see a translate option where you can specify what the value should be for a designated language.
