I modified some requests workflow to show some status in the customer portal for example to allow them to withdraw their requests but the issue it is not appear in the old requests before modification!!
How can I make this request affect in old requests?
Iam using JSM 5.7.1 Datacenter version.
Did you publish the modified workflow? Please also check the issue type of the affected requests and make sure that these issue types are mapped to your new workflow in the project's workflow scheme.

Thanks alot for your reply yes I modified and published the workflow that is mapped to many request types but I didn't find it in the requests
only the new requests after I modified the workflow
