Setting up new queue but can’t exclude keyword

Hello, I’m trying to setup a new queue to exclude a certain word “KACE” contained in the summary field but can’t get it to work with JQL:

Summary is not “KACE” doesn’t work for me.

Anyone able to lend a hand?

Hi Amer,

Try adding  summary !~ "KACE" to what you're using and let me know if that works.
