we are a courier company of approximately 250 employees that is serving 200 franchise shops as spots for receiving and sending parcels and envelopes. Also we are dealing with large customers (companies) for shipping their products.
The company has many divisions which arise internal issues. Franchise shops are also sending issues to us considered issues coming from the branches (franchisees). Companies are also sending issues to us. So we have 3 types of issues to resolve. a) Internal, b) branches, c) customers.
Could you please provide me with a deployment plan and price plan for the above structure?
