Set an Asset Object Custom Field with value from custom text field

DATA CENTER - JSM 5.13 and Scriptrunner

Customer's Organization and Assets object attribute Company Name are exactly the same.

I have a custom asset object field set up, selects by attribute Company Name.

I have a custom free text field, labeled Organization, which copies from issue's selected Organization.

I am trying to set the custom asset object field to select an object based on the entry in the Organization text field, and for the life of me cannot figure it out. 

Any advice?

this has to be a post function on the workflow.  choose option to set value to predefined value for asset field.
