Servicedesk not working after disabling "keep me logged in" checkbox by default

Hey,

i tried to disable the "keep me logged in" checkbox by default as explained here:

After reboot it seems that the servicedesk is inactive now (login under Base-URL is possible, cannot reach Base-URL/servicedesk) and i cannot reach the customer portal (dead link). 

I tried do undo the changes in cv-login-form.soy file and get the same problems.

I used zip/unzip to create the .jar file

Update: The Service Desk icon is not shown anymore.

I needed to reinstall servicedesk and reboot the server again...

But the changes does not work for the customer portal. I found the cv-login-form.soy file at ".../jira/plugins/installed plugins". Is this the right file for the customer portal?
