Service field is not persistant in ticket

Fabrice Gantois June 14, 2024

Hello

We defined "service" on our JSM project and add the field in the tickets structure. (affected service).

The field viewable in the ticket and the list of values display but the selected value is not persistent after a refresh or reopen of the ticket the "service"field is empty again.

I define an automation rule which run perfectly to select a value on it.

Thanks in advance if someone can be explain my issue me why ansd help me to resolve it.

hello @Fabrice Gantois ,

Can you share the snipper of your automation to set the affected service. I hope you are doing it using advanced mapping in Edit fields.

Vijay
sorry for my mistakes.

Thanks for your answer. I will share my automation but currently i  find a workaround via an other field.
but I didn't use advacned mapping , i sure that wasn't the reason of non persistent value.
