When I go to my public service desk link I only see a blank page.. There are also a bunch of errors happening. Does anyone know how to fix this? It was working this morning.

in case this still persists I would give the system some more time - maybe it is just an outage of short duration.
Otherwise it would be interesting: did you change something since this morning when it still worked?
Have you also checked with a different browser (Firefox / Chrome)?
Have other users also reported this problems or is this just happening on your device?
