Service Desk queue page refreshing uncontrollably

I have a service desk project that when "agents" access the page from outside our network, the Queue page continuously refreshes and doesn't show the queues or queue data. It works on the internal network though.

It's only one project that is doing this. Going through this one project properties, the SLAs are showing errors in the JQL. But they work internally.

Anyone else experience this scenario?

I have never seen this. Has it worked ok previously? I suspect this is something in your internal network configuration but you may wish to reach out to  Atlassian Support nonetheless rather than wait for answers here if it is impacting your productivity.

It has worked fine until last night. I have been through the logs and the audit to see if anything sticks out - nothing so far. Enabled Safe-Mode regarding Add-Ons and no luck.

I opened a ticket with support. "Waiting for my turn."

Thanks!
