Service Desk Widget Doesn't display

I have set up everything according to the embed request forms guide, However i cannot seem to get anything to display on an empty html page. I see the widget resources loading, but don't actually see the widget using the embedded code generated. Any ideas on this issue?

I have tried the embed code on multiple sites and it will not display.

For the widget to be visible, it's necessary to enable it. 

It's possible to configure and copy the code even not enabling it, so please, go to Project settings > Widget (Classic) or Project settings > Channels > Widget (Next-gen) and confirm if it's enabled.

Can you please copy the widget script and paste it into a text editor like sublime or another code editor and save it as widget.hmtl in order to check if it will load?

If you changed the settings to allow customers to access the portal without logging in, to create their own accounts, and changed the customer permissions to allow anyone to create tickets in the project, the widget should work.

If it still doesn't work, since you are a site administrator on a standard cloud site, please, reach out to the support on support.atlassian.com/contact so they can access your Jira site to check the settings and the widget.
