The Request types and the Labels of reports can be customized. With that said, if someone changed the name of a Request type or created a new one, it won't be automatically updated on the reports.
Please, go to the Reports, select the IT Help Desk - Service Requests > … > Edit report and Edit each series in order to add the name of the request types.
