Service Desk Reports - Sum the total

Hi there, 

 

So i'm trying to get a report that compares open tickets to solved tickets, i'm not looking for a daily value, i'm looking for a sum. All the reports i have in the SD project are only showing daily values (iE how many tickets opened in that day) But what i want is the sum, i'm at issue 1567 so I want it to have (9 + 1567)
Same with other fields

At the moment i extracted all issues and did it by hand, but my main goal here is to see how the gap of opened tickets is getting bigger than the solved tickets (which would mean we need more agents resolving tickets)

So, 

 

After some searching arround i found the solution.

 

I created a filter: 

 

All SD Issues, just a simple seach of all issues and project SD.

Then in one of the dashboards i have, I added 

Created vs. Resolved Chart

Then i chose my filter,the period, and chose "cumulative" as option

Ronin Dashboards for Jira (or the Lite version) has a specific gadget "Created Vs Resolved Request" where you can see the total number of created vs resolved requests and also the daily values.
