Service Desk Lite or Compatible Plugins

Hi All,

I'm wondering if there is a Service Desk lite version or plugins that support the request type configuration and workflow automation features without all the help desk stuff attached at a very hefty cost.

I initially purchased Service Desk when it was an affordable JIRA add-on and my organization used only the request type configuration and workflow automation features.

Is there a Service Desk lite version or are there plugins that can support this functionality?
