Hi ,
We have enabled SSL using AWS Load balancer and accessing jira using appropriate FQDN. Now what setting accordingly we need to change it in <Jirahomedirectory>\conf\server.xml.
As we are getting Error in the web hooks which we have configured, post SSL configuration at load balancer
We are getting
Error submitting WebHook data. Please retry later.<p>Status: 0 : error
Not able to edit or change the webhook setting
It was working fine when our jira service management was running in localhost:8080
Hi subramanian_v,
Thanks so much for your question.
Have your tried following the steps in the doc regarding server.xml https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/integrate-jira-jira-data-center-with-aws-elb-942841242.html
Alternatively you could use default the cloud formation templates and then compare it against your setup https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/getting-started-with-jira-data-center-on-aws-938846966.html
