Is it possible to send messages by mail to jira somehow integrate the organization field? Does this field not currently exist or can it be created? Now only the subject and text of the message are used. For our organization, you need to use the Organization field
@Alexander Did you add the organization to the service desk? If the individual submitting the issue is part of an organization that has been added to the service desk it should default to that organization when the issue is created. When they submit an issue through the portal it should also default with the organization but they have the option to remove it before submitting the issue.
Everything works through the portal, but sending jira mail cannot pick up the organization
