We would like to be able to add a start and end time to a sub task to act as a scheduled appointment. Ideally this would then sync with Google Calendar. This has been pretty standard affair on other helpdesk software we have used so I'm hoping I can replicate it here.
We are doing a cloud trial, but if a server install is the only way to do it, we wouldn't be completely opposed.
Thanks for your help!
Hi there @Briggs Alden
Hope all is well. I recently came across this question and I'm happy to say that our team is in the midst of implementing something very similar to your ask above.
We currently have a prototype of this idea and would love to hear your thoughts/feedback on our prototype.
Please let me know if you/your team would be interested to test it out.
Thanks & have a great day! :)
