I have mistakenly opened the jira ticket and it is p0 and the SLA is 4 hours we had fixed and closed in 3 hours but after 1 day opned the ticket now the SLA got breached, how to undo that and also the jira - issues api not pushing latest resolved date

I don't think you can (at least easily) - SLA and dates are tracking as an absolute.
Is there an issue here though? Couldn't you raise this in your reporting as an accidental opening (with proof)?
