SLA Series - Where do they come from (and/or can I create my own)?

Hi, All.

I'm creating Reports to track performance against SLAs.  Pretty straightforward.  But I was wondering where the drop-down list of "Series" comes from?  Are these baked in?  What is their logic?  Can I create my own?
