SLA Calender dates move back one day after saving

Mark Newell February 18, 2020

I went in and setup my SLA calendar with all of the holidays for this year and it was fine when I saved it but when I checked it again later all of the holidays I defined had been moved back one calendar day.

For example I put Memorial Day in as 5/25/2020 but now it show as 5/24/2020. Independence Day observed is now 7/2/2020, Christmas Eve is 12/23/2020 and Christmas Day is 12/24/2020.  There are other holidays listed and they all have this issue.

Something seems off but I can't figure it out. Anyone else have this issue?

@Mark Newell

Did you try following workaround?

I have the same issue.

Example:

I input April 10th for this coming Good Friday but when I save it and go back in to the screen it shows as April 9th.

To get around this error I input the holiday as one day later !

I moved it to answer instead of reply.
