If I have a single client for which I have multiple organizations set up in JSD, is it possible to set permissions on file lists or wikis on the linked confluence space so that an organization can only view specific items?

Example:

  • Client File List
    • East Region (I only want the East organization to have view permission)
    • West Region (I only want the West organization to have view permission)

Hello Andrew,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

When customers are added to a project and the project is linked to a Confluence space, they will be able to see all the articles from the space, it's not possible to restrict.

In this case, the best option would be to have a project for the East Region and one West Region and then also have separated spaces in Confluence with the articles for each one.

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:

Angélica
