I have recently created a workflow and a workflow scheme.
From other existing SD project I know upon closure of a ticket (status Done or Resolved) we get a pop-up so we can choose the resolution type. I have compared the settings to my new project and I have added a property to status Resolved, for the applicable workflow.
Property Key: sd.step.key
Property Value: sdResolved
After testing this for the applicable workflow (existing ticket) it seems the pop-up is still not being triggered. Do I need to execute and additional action?
