Resolution Screen: Request Resolved Message

We are using JSU to make the comment field required before a Service Agent can marke the field as resolved.  JSU allows you to enter an error message that can display to the Service Agent if they try to Save without adding a comment.

The issue we are running into is whether the comment field is required or not a "Request Resolved" message is displaying at the top of the Resolution screen.  It is confusing as the Service Agent has officially clicked Save to resolve the issue.


Anyone know where this is controlled or what would be causing this message to post.
