The layout for the "Create Issue" form in JSD is different than the one in the customers portal.
How can I get the same layout in the portal than the one I customized in JSD?

On Jira Service Desk, it’s possible to change the order of the fields on the customer portal.
In order to do that, please go to Project settings > Request types > Edit fields for the desired request type and then just drag and drop the fields:
