We are working on a stats wallboard and I would like to know if it's possible to create a report and exclude the graph?
I have been playing around and can't figure anything out.
For example, if we include a Satisfaction report, it automatically includes a chart for satisfaction by day. On first glance, it appears our agents are receiving bad feedback on days where no feedback was given. We want just the average number with no graph.
Same as Created vs. Resolved, we want just the numbers on the screen. The graph is so large that the actual numbers are difficult to see across the room.
