Currently I am using the subscription to filter option to automate reporting functionality, but this is due to various reasons not ideal.
One of them is the existence of links in the email, for which I tried to print to PDF from my outlook account. This pdf then includes outlook stuff that I don't want as well as part of the Atlassian footer.
Since the reported has to be sent to customers, this is undesired.
I see various reporting tools, but as a Dutch saying goes "I cant see the forest through all the trees" :), I would like some advice.
So basically what I am looking for is to automate execution of filters to Excel and have the xlsx emailed to me as attachment.

Hello,
If you need your customers to have reports on their tickets in Excel, you can try our app - Advanced Portal Reports - where customers can export themselves info about the tickets.
Feel free to give it a try.

But it is not what we are looking for.
We would like to schedule the reports and forwarded it.
Will it do that as well?

Unfortunately, there is no scheduling option yet, the customer needs to export by clicking a button.
