Reporter - Find Organization of reporter automatically via automation

Hello all,

I would like to know if there is a way to find all the organization the reporter is in via JIRA automation rule. I do want to check manually. 

I am trying to achieve - when a issue is created, check all the organization automatically the reporter is in and then add those/share the ticket with those organization.

Is there a way we can achieve this ?
