When editing issues, Is there a way to set the restriction in browsing the Reporter Field users only to contain Jira Service Desk Customers only?
By default, an agent cannot browse any customers during ticket editing. I went to Jira Settings> System> Global permissions and added jira-servicedesk-users to "Browse users and groups permission". However, the problem with this work approach is I can basically assign ALL jira site-wide users which is not feasible for me.
