I'm testing Jira Service Desk. I have a transition for reopening issues for my customer but in the user portal doesn't have any action or button for doing this action.
Some ideas for solving this situation?.

Cesar I am trying to establish in Service Desk the ability to reopen a Resolved State -Resolution Done statused TIcket to In Progress state and Resolution Unresolved by my Sdesk agents. Can you share how you set the transition to achieve this per above.

There is a workaround in the issue.
