I Removed a SLA, but on the ticket overview, it's still showing this SLA in the SLA widget. We also have another one their, so that could not be the problem.
Any ideas?

Can you go to the screen configuration in project settings and remove that SLA field from the view issue screen?
Project>Project settings (cog icon)>screens>screen where you want it removed> remove the field

Thanks! i thought all projects use the same SLA, but you need to remove them on each project. Thanks for the trigger.
