How can I merge tickets from other service desk projects to one, is it possible?
I have four separate service desk project for each parties.
I want to do so, that in one project I can see also other project tickets, so I don`t need to switch to their projects. Is this possible?

So basically you don't want to move the issue but to view them all one spot?
If that is the case I propose creating a board and applying a filter which matches these two service desks
OR
Create a custom Dashboard like Activity stream and add a gadget Filter results which will display filter results in this case your service desks you can also view linked issues on this gadget and many more

I want to setup principle what coutries are like clients, but my service desk project like server, there I can see and manage all tickets.

I understand what you need but I'm afraid queue is limited to one service desk, I know I use JQL but this queue is part of one service desk cant show multiple.
