Hello,
My name is Carey, and I am new to Jira Service Management cloud service. My question is, if I create a queue inside my admin login, is that queue visible to me or to my entire team? If possible, I want to use the queue I create to separate the tickets by department when a service ticket is assigned to me.

Queues in JSM are always visible for the entire team. However, a queue can be based on a query that references the user who is currently logged in. For example, the default queue "Assigned to me" is built like this:
