Project setting > email inquiries: no mail settings

Good Day. I wanted to set up a mail channel inside an SD project, but when i open the tab "Email inquiries" inside my Project SD, i see only standart welcome message and nothing more.

Have you any incoming email servers set up in the global settings?

Good Day. In "Global" setting i configured:

  1. Outgoing mail - its work (I receive messages from SD)
  2. Incoming mail - i conf Server + Mail handlers (but i have problem: the SD does not receive messages by email from any users other than registered)
  3. On my test bench i see req setting in project

On my prod srv I don't see the required settings

@Evgeny Pyatishin for enabling email notification you need to go in issues and then select 

Notification Schemes

Notification scheme is for outgoing.

With Email channel he normally means "Email Requests" or incoming emails
