Dears,
I am creating dashboard using one of the addon's and it include issues from two different projects but the issue I don't want to give some users access to this project I want to give them only numbers of the issues.
How can I control this for my customers ? is there any Idea
BR,
You can't to view any information from a dashboard users need browse permissions.
This is ootb.
What add-on are you referring to and does the documentation of the add-on provide any options, otherwise the above still applies
HI @Marc Koppelaar ,
I am using Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards the documentation is not showing anything related to my issue
browse permission this mean they can see the issues as view and this is what I don't want i just want to show them number/count of certain requests

You can't as the number is also derived from a filter.
From the Rich Filter add-on diocumentation:
The View Permission allows you to browse the rich filter and see its configuration, to use it in gadgets and to see the results it returns. A rich filter is available to all users who can view the Jira saved filter on which the rich filter is based. In other words, the View Permission is inherited from the base saved filter.

thanks, a lot for you interest. I know above information but i though there is way to provide permission other than browse permission.
