One of our JIRA users does not receive notifications and we have discovered that listing product access also fails. The user logs on using one email address so notifications should be sent to this address and also another address which is receiving forwards.
I have verified that this user inherits global settings - and - other users receive notifications and we can list accessible products for them.
Does anyone recognize this or have an idea what to do or if this is a known bug?
Pls help.
