Hello,
currently we are looking at the possibility of using Jira Service Management in the Data Center version.
In the change management process, the date field feature should be used. However, the date field including time keeps showing a bug as it doesn't work.
In the system settings I have already reset the date settings for the fields as explained in other posts, but that does not work either.
Is there any solutionon how to resolve this issue?
Many thanks in advance.
It is always showing "Invalid Date format" please put in the date in the following format "dd/MMM/yy h:mm
If I just use the date without the time it das work but the time is necessary for our use case.
Do you know how to fix this?
Thanks in advance.

What are the configs for the following params in system configuration page ?
jira.date.picker.java.format
jira.date.picker.javascript.format
jira.date.time.picker.java.format
jira.date.time.picker.javascript.format
Could it be related to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-62590 ?
Regards
