Problems with mark as done

Hi everyone!

I have a problem with putting a ticket on mark as done.

you see here the workflow and the last status (gesloten) doesn't work.

on another workflow its working well but on my workflow not.
you see in this ticket that I give the status gesloten but it is not closed:

in this ticket you see the status Gesloten and also Gereed:

who can help me why it isn't closed in my workflow but in another workflow closed it well.

Hi @Joey van Straalen welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Please make sure that you set a resolution when transitioning to a Green/Done status.

You either do this by adding a post function to the transition that sets a default value for the Resolution or by adding a transition screen to the transition containing the resolution field (and preferably making it required).

Thanks a lot for your fast reaction but I made a transition. 
I have build a transition from Controle (9) to Gesloten (10), and when I put a ticket on Gesloten it must be solved/done.

Can you insert a screenshot of post function tab of the Gesloten transition from status 'CONTROLE' to status 'GESLOTEN'? Does it set a Resolution?

Yes, your transition doesn't set a resolution. Add a post function Update Issue Field (Voeg postfunctie toe) with following configuration:

• Issue Field: Resolution
• Field Value: Done (or any default resolution you would like to set)

Otherwise, create a new Transition screen and add the Resolution field to it.

Then add this newly created screen to this transition.

Finally, add a new Validator Field Required Validator to the transition with following configuration:

• Fields required for this transition: Resolution
• Error message (optional)
• Ignore context (leave unchecked)
