We have recently upgraded from JIRA ServiceDesk to the latest version of JIRA Service Management. We are using a datacenter install and host the JIRA server locally on our network. Everything works fine on our local network, but when trying to access the servicedesk portal from our other site (connected via site-to-site VPN), the portal comes up, but when users login to the portal, only the background loads and everything is blank (no text display). This was NOT an issue before the upgrade, so it is not a permissions or firewall issue, unless requirements have changed on the new version.
Any ideas on how to get the ServiceDesk to come up on our remote site again? As I mentioned, this was working before and everything is working great on our local network.
