Hi @Yohan Rosario and welcome to the Community!

While the website you are being directed to may be powered by JSM, I believe chances are very big that the organization behind the app you are using (it is not quite clear to me what app this is about), has implemented and integrated Jira Service Management as a support tool. Your last sentence makes me guess that it's something used by or at your company?

If so, I would recommend to report this to your company's IT department as a first step or to the app vendor of the app you are trying to access the support option from.

Hope this helps!

Hi @Walter Buggenhout

Greetings !!

Actually i am using the Pi Network app.
It’s a Cryptocurrency application for mining coins.
Had to complete my KYC thru the Pi App.

but the support option redirects to Jira service management and the page does not load at all.

This problem has been mentioned in multiple posts over the past week or two.

Companies subscribe to the Atlassian JSM product. It then becomes that company's responsibility to maintain the subscription. It appears the Pi Network organization has failed to maintain their subscription.

Only the Pi Network organization can reach out to Atlassian to report the problem with their JSM subscription. You will have to look for an alternative method to contact the Pi Network organization to get assistance

Here we are a community of users of our own Jira products . We have no access to investigate the problem with that site.
