We are beginning to use Monday.com in addition to Jira Service Desk. I have successfully integrated the two such that Jira will push an issue to Monday creating a new pulse. What I have not had success doing is the other way around, creating a pulse in Monday and having it push to Jira - creating a new issue in the specific project I pointed it to.
One theory is that my permissions scheme needs to be updated. Thus the basis for my question.
What changes do I need to make in order to "open" Jira to Monday so that new issues are created in Jira when a new pulse is generated in Monday?
