Parent Link type is missing in the field type

We are using Jira project management software v10.1.2. We need to create a parent child relationship and the field type 'Parent Link' is not present while creating the field for creating this parent child relationship.

I think you should liaise your question to the support of Elements Copy & Sync, as your question relates to functionality of that app.

The issue is not with the app, but with parent link which is part of Advanced Roadmaps plugin. 

As per the updated Advanced Roadmaps is part of the Jira Software Data Centre after Jira 8.15

The field is called "Parent", have you adjusted the hierarchy in the Advanced Roadmap configuration?

Between which issue type do you want' to create this relation?

Is the field Parent on the screens you use for the issue type.

Can you show the configuration.

We cannot find the advanced roadmap option. Can you guide us on how this can be seen?

Hi @Ansu Sabu 

This is now called Plans, this should be in the main top toolbar.

If not, you might not have been granted permissions, then contact you admin, the admin would also need to set the hierarchy.
