I have 2 project , i want to restricts agents to see only one project depend on group they are in.e,g Project A should be accessible to Agent A group &  Project B accessible to Agent B group.

You have to use project permissions scheme for it.

You have to define users or groups or roles for browse project permission. Only users who have browse project permission directly or through roles or groups will have access to the project. So for project A you should add Agent A group to browse project permission. For project B you should add Agent B group to browse project permission.

It's strongly recommended that you have one permission scheme which says something like "Browse project: Role (Users)".  Then in project A, put group A into the role of users, and in project B, put group B in the role.
