Hi,
I'm trying to review the Service Desk module within Jira. However, when reviewing the plug ins, it states that the Service Desk is unavailable. Trying to click on get started (https://itimltd.atlassian.net/servicedesk/agent/create-welcome) I receive a 404 message.

Issue resolved. I disabled the plug in and then re-enabled it.

From your description, it appears your instance did not properly start up the ServiceDesk add-on, causing some modules to be unloaded. With that, we had a recent issue, which was just resolved: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-712
