We now have the Jira Service Management data-center version installed, we have around 250 agents and around 20 Organizations created in the system, some of the teams within IT are asking when the Organization was added to the ticket, the organization members can receive only the initial message inform them the ticket is shared, then the ticket update is no longer sending to the members, may I know if it's possible to enable it? I checked the notification scheme seems the data center version 9.12.16 has no options.

I haven't come across this option out of the box on JSM. However, there are add-ons that provide this option like extension for JIra service Desk.
