i am using jira service management cloud free version, from 11 of November stopped receiving the notification email for raised tickets and resolved tickets and other notification what ever we do in jira service management tool, i am new to this , can any one suggest or resolve the issue?, this is the link which i am using

Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, I would like to make some questions.
Is this happening for all tickets on all projects?
Is it affecting all users?
Are you using a next-gen or a classic project? If it's a next-gen, you will see this information on the left sidebar:
Are customers receiving notifications?
What is your role in the affected tickets? Are you the assignee, watcher, reporter, member of an organization, participant?
Also, can you please check your notifications settings on your profile? Click on your Profile picture > Personal settings:
