Not able to see requests from the customer Portal

Is there a setting to enable seeing all requests from the customer portal?   I'm an admin on Jira service desk but when I go to the customer portal and click on the request button, I'm not seeing all the request for that project. Thanks.

I don't think there is a way to do this.

The nature of the Customer Portal is to display a customer view of issues; meaning issue that are reported by the user or that have been shared with the user. The only way to see all the issues through the customer portal is to be the Reporter or a Participant on every one of them.

You should be able to see all the issues by using the Search Issue function, or you could create a Queue visible in the Service Desk Agent view that shows all issues in that Service Desk project.

You are welcome.

I forgot one other way to see all issues in the Customer Portal - if the Organization field is set on each issue and you are a member of the Organization(s).
