Need to extract Survey rating feedback date

I have a request that have a resolution date of 20/4/2023 and the feedback on the reqeust was done on 25/4/23. How do I extract the date the survey was done

Hi Maurice, in JQL the field is called "Satisfaction Date", the rating is called "Satisfaction"
