I have customers that were added to multiple projects accidentally. I am trying to delete them, but not sure how to do it. I have read some reply's to others with the same question and they said to go to the project settings, and then people. When I go to "people" there names aren't there.
Thank you both for the information. Turned out to be 2 things: 1. I had an organization built with those names that I wasn't aware of. 2. Changing the customer permissions was the reason that the customers were showing up on multiple projects. Thanks again for the help.
glad to know it's solved, I would suggest you mark this as such

@Brent Mahaffey by removing them from the customers list should do the trick. Make sure that the customer permissions settings for the projects is set to only customers added to the project as well or they might end up again on the project if everyone can file tickets there

Have you checked "Customers"?
Here, you're able to create organisations or add 'customers' via email address.
If the customers aren't appearing here - it could be that global permission is granting access. Might be worth checking /secure/admin/ViewPermissionSchemes.jspa
I hope this helps.
