Can you please let me know how can i have grid in JIRA Service desk cloud.
We need to have grids with multiple records / rows. We need to maintain efforts including other necessary details. At the moment i'm using text/date fields but the data is overwriting instead adding new row.

It isn’t exactly clear to me what your requirements are here but IQ ould direct you to consider dashboard gadgets e.g. two-dimensional.
When the ticket is assigned to certain person. There are certain details that they must add (multiple records). As shown in the picture. Each time the Ticket is assigned to user, the user is adding new efforts row in grid and the grid are enable and disable based on which level they are at the moment.
Based on these details we will construct reports how much efforts have been made on level 1 etc.
