Modify the way Jira Service Desk Widget is displayed

Hello!
Jira Service Desk has a Help Center built into a widget that is not a widget provided by Jira Service Desk itself but from another company: elev.io
Apart from the fact that it says very little in favor of the widget that incorporates Jira Service Desk, the fact is that I like the way the elev.io widget has to be opened more than that of the Jira Service Desk.
I wish I could configure the Jira Service Desk widget similar to the elev.io one, so that it opens up taking up much more screen space and makes the query more comfortable, or at least the user can modify the widget window size. It would be possible? Is there any kind of plugin to accomplish this?

@Dani  I've yet to see a Jira Service Desk widget within ATLASSSIAN Community
